Research Core

The Research Core supports Center projects through bioinformatics, data management, and data integration.

The Core helps the Center organize, store, and manage experimental results and clinical data; assists and educates Center investigators in reproducible data-analysis techniques; and facilitates integrative analyses across data produced by the Cornell Center.

The Core deposits eligible data in mapMECFS, an interactive data portal developed by the ME/CFS Data Management and Coordinating Center (DMCC). It also harmonizes data-management practices and conventions between the Cornell Center and the DMCC.
