Data Analysis

Weill Greenberg Center, NYC
The NIH funded (U54NS105541) Integrative Data Analysis Core (IDAC) is located at both Cornell University Ithaca and Weill Cornell Medicine. The IDAC supports projects in the Center with bioinformatics, data management, and data integration. The IDAC also helps the Center organize, store and manage experimental results and clinical data, assists and educates Center investigators in reproducible data analysis techniques, and faciliates integrative analyses across data produced by the Cornell Center and other ME/CFS Centers. The IDAC deposits eligible data in mapMECFS, an interactive data portal developed by the ME/CFS Data Management and Coordinating Center (DMCC), and harmonizes data management and conventions between the Cornell Center and the DMCC.

The IDAC is co-directed by Dr. Jen Grenier and Dr. Arindam RoyChoudhury. Dr. Grenier directs the RNA Sequencing Core, which is part of the Center for Reproductive Genomics and the Department of Biomedical Sciences in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University. She specializes in data analysis, project design, and novel technology implementation. Dr. RoyChoudhury is an Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine. Within the Center, he specifically assists with the analysis of the neuroimaging data.
